At Central Valley Athletics (CVA), we value your commitment and strive to provide high-quality programs and services. The following refund policy outlines our terms for classes, clinics, camps, and other paid programs.
Monthly Classes (Cheer, Tumbling, etc.)

No refunds will be issued for missed or unused classes.

Make-up classes are not guaranteed but may be offered based on availability.

If CVA cancels a class and no make-up is offered, a class credit will be applied to your account.

If you wish to withdraw from a class, written notice must be provided at least 7 days before the start of the next billing cycle to avoid being charged.
Clinics & Special Sessions

Refunds for clinics or specialty classes will only be granted if cancellation is made at least 72 hours in advance.

No refunds will be issued for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
Camps (Skills & Summer Camps)

A 50% refund may be available if cancellation is made at least 7 days before the first day of camp.

No refunds will be given within 7 days of the camp start date unless due to a documented medical emergency.

If CVA cancels the camp, a full refund or credit will be offered.
School Cheer Camps

School cheer camp refunds are based on individual agreements made during booking.

General Terms

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to centralvalleyathletics@outlook.com.

Processing time for approved refunds is typically 7–10 business days.

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method whenever possible.
