Refund Policy

Refund Policy
Effective Date: May 1, 2025

At Central Valley Athletics (CVA), we value your commitment and strive to provide high-quality programs and services. The following refund policy outlines our terms for classes, clinics, camps, and other paid programs.

Monthly Classes (Cheer, Tumbling, etc.)

  • No refunds will be issued for missed or unused classes.

  • Make-up classes are not guaranteed but may be offered based on availability.

  • If CVA cancels a class and no make-up is offered, a class credit will be applied to your account.

  • If you wish to withdraw from a class, written notice must be provided at least 7 days before the start of the next billing cycle to avoid being charged.

Clinics & Special Sessions

  • Refunds for clinics or specialty classes will only be granted if cancellation is made at least 72 hours in advance.

  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.

Camps (Skills & Summer Camps)

  • A 50% refund may be available if cancellation is made at least 7 days before the first day of camp.

  • No refunds will be given within 7 days of the camp start date unless due to a documented medical emergency.

  • If CVA cancels the camp, a full refund or credit will be offered.

School Cheer Camps

  • School cheer camp refunds are based on individual agreements made during booking.

  • Please contact centralvalleyathletics@outlook.com for details or questions regarding your team’s booking.

General Terms

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to centralvalleyathletics@outlook.com.

  • Processing time for approved refunds is typically 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds are issued back to the original payment method whenever possible.
