3. Payments & Refunds

All payments for CVA services must be made in full before participation. Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Missed classes or sessions are non-refundable

  • Cancellations may be eligible for a partial refund or credit, depending on the circumstances

  • Camps, clinics, or special events may have separate cancellation terms (listed in the registration portal)

4. Class & Program Policies

By enrolling in any CVA program, you agree to:

  • Abide by our athlete, parent, and coach conduct policies

  • Follow all gym safety rules and instructor directions

  • Provide medical clearance if requested for participation

CVA reserves the right to remove any participant due to behavior that compromises the safety or experience of others.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the CVA website—including logos, images, text, and videos—is the property of Central Valley Athletics and may not be used without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

CVA is not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred while participating in our programs or using our website. Participation in physical activities involves inherent risks which are voluntarily assumed.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with the new effective date. Your continued use of the site indicates your acceptance of those changes.
